Floridas Best Trees has recently aquired a large selection of Mule palms.
These rare palms are the result of two palms, the Pindo (Butia) and the Queen (Syagarus) being crossed to create a new and different tree. It has many of the best traits from both parent plants. A couple of of the traits include fast growth and extreme cold hardiness.
The reason it is called a Mule palm is because like the animal it is named after it does not normally reproduce.
I will be pricing and photograghing these trees and updateing this page often.
